Returns
Thank you for your online order, we hope that you are happy with your new purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund service provided the following guidelines are abided by:

All items must be unused

Clothing or shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached

Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Shoes must not be worn outside, once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged

All shoes should be returned in their original packing

All football accessories and equipment must be in un-used and in like-new condition

Request for Return must be emailed within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order

We do not accept any returns on underwear for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described

Once email is sent, please send back the item/s within 14 calendar days, in sufficient packaging to avoid damage of goods in transit. Rabona will not be liable for damage caused to item/s if damaged during return transit.

EXCHANGES
We cannot hold stock for exchanges therefore in order to exchange your item please submit a new order online, the original order will be refunded on receipt of return.
REFUNDS
For your protection, please ensure you return your goods via recorded or registered post
*Please note that you will not be refunded the initial shipping cost unless a mistake has been made by Rabona.
Payments will be refunded back on to your original payment method, allow up to 7 working days for the refund to clear upon receipt of the item. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable. Shipping and payment processing fees are non refundable. We do not offer cash refunds.
RETURNING FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Rabona cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your Postage receipt as proof of postage.
